Marrakech magic ✨
The brekkie was solid with fresh juice and a lekker spread. Chill vibes at the rooftop terrace in the evenings, perfect for a sundowner! Staff were super friendly, especially chommie at reception who gave us awesome tips on hiding from hawkers. Definitely felt at home here!
Could use more plugs for charging devices, a bit tricky to find a good spot for charging my phone.

I thoroughly enjoyed fashionable and airy room here.
The location was incredible and stunning, for example, Medina of Marrakesh was at a medium distance from the hotel. The employees were hospitable and very attentive.

Kind courteous and friendly staff
Not geared towards children at all in fact the manager told my son to keep the noise down so as not to disturb the other guests. He is 7yrs old! There is absolutely no comfortable chairs anywhere and the swimming pool (dipping pool) is absolutely freezing and despite temperatures of over 36 degrees we still couldnt go in it. The dingy rooms were dimly lit although thank god we had air conditioning. We were very disappointed especially the children because they love swimming. The breakfast was boring the same thing every day and we had to keep asking the staff for extra cheese. Coffee always cold! Were not able to use the telephone and told we had to go to a telephone shop to make an international call. The room stunk of drains from the room above and we could hear the guest above going to the toilet. Far too expensive for what it was. Novotel suites in Marrakech were alot cheaper a night so we think this accommodation was way overpriced. We would have liked to have tried their home cooking but that too was far too expensive. 4 hot drinks was 12€. Outside of the Riad you can get a meal for 2 for that price. Never again!

The service was exceptional, nothing too much trouble. We got airy and fashionable room with relax from the hustle of the Medina, the terrace and AC. The location was comfortable and ideal, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a traditional medina garden.

Here's what worked, and what didn't
The staff was friendly,, with excellent service upon arrival. The warm welcome and smooth check-in added a personal touch, elevating our experience.
The room could use more plugs for devices,. The lighting was dim at the bedside, which detracted slightly from an otherwise great ambiance.

The location was great, as only a very short walk to the square and souks (about 5 minutes). The staff were happy to help with our every need and very friendly. The room was very romantic and had good facilities. Alcohol was served here.

This Riad is in a perfect position for exploring the old part of Marrakech. The staff can't do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble. We did the cookery course offered by the Riad and really enjoyed it. We also did one of the offered private day trips to the Atlas Mountain region which we would recommend. Eating at the Riad is a very pleasant experience.

nice atmosphere, very friendly staff, spacy bathroom
no fresh air (room windows open into the courtyard which ist covered with a plastic hood against cold and rain. But maybe this is just the way it is in a riad.

Riad Diana offered solitude and personal service amidst the vibrant life of the Marrakesh Medina. Just a few minutes walk from Djemaa El-Fna and the Souqs to the north and in the same time, to the south, you have the Bahia Palace, Badi Palace and the Saadian Tombs - all an integral part of experiencing the past and present of this fascinating and sometimes confronting city. To Younis, Aziza at reception and Aziza, who gave us a wonderful insight into Moroccan markets and cuisine during the cooking class we took at the riad, and to all the other staff, thank you for making this an unforgettable experience. To visit Marrakesh you must be close to its centre and Riad Diana takes you there. You must try the hammam and massage on offer.
Everything was exceptional; some maps however (not the one on its own website) place the Riad just off Djemaa El-Fna when it is really a few minutes walk away along and just off Rue Riad Zitouin el-Quedim the road/lane that connects the central market with Place des Ferblantiers. Not an issue as it is so close to the main places of interest but would be hard to find using these inaccurate maps maps.

The Riad was beautuful, furnished in an authentic Morraccan style and was in an ideal location. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.
The meal that was booked over the internet with the Riad was disappointing and expensive.

Great location in the middle of the medina, but still very quiet. Relaxing environment with a nice patio, fantastic roof terrace, little pool, relaxing hamam. Good food (both, dinner and breakfast)
Hotel staff did not manage missing water supply for almost 20 hours very well. Roof construction work during our stay.
